Menyoo or Map Editor for building your set and Menyoo or 'Build-A-Mission' (I don't like Mission Maker) to set up peds with tasks. You can make 'attacking peds' with Simple Trainer, but they do so immediately which is a pain if you're trying to set something up. Tough part about setting up peds for a scene is getting their proximity for aggro right and how long they'll do an action. Menyoo and BAM are good for that, but it will take you some time and effort to learn how to get it where you want it. Save yourself some hair pulling and keep it simple. The more complex you try to make your ped's actions the more it won't work the way you want!

I would say neither. Try Codewalker, here's a tutorial. I haven't watched it myself so I don't know how accurate it is at this time, but it isn't that difficult to learn.

@R3dSt0rm sure you can, all the edits you did to x64xx.rpf archives are still valid but everything inside update.rpf has to be redone

section for any given weapon in 'weapons.meta'

Reduce the value to make the gun fire faster

Have you also tried asking in the RPH forums/discord since it's their product?

I'm pretty sure most, if not all, trainers have this capability. I used sjaak327 Simple Trainer to spawn and customize body guards before.

You can save weapon loadouts in Menyoo.

Start OpenIv and make sure Edit mode is on
Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\PROLOGUE.rpf
Right click in blank area and choose ImportOpenFormats
Navigate to the extracted folder (should be a td_loading_music folder with 2 wav files in and a td_loading_music.oac file) and select the td_loading_music.oac file
click on open
Job done

Make sure you have 2 audio files named the same as the vanilla files, and they are in WAV PCM mono 16bit format (use audacity or EZ-CD convertor)
