I believe on the roof it has SWAT written downwards and a quadruple digit number above all in white, a satellite dish too.

I'd like to make a mod where when my helicopter is low to the ground it kicks up dust, i think this is already in game but it's not very good.
I was using Menyoo and in the effects area in Spooner i saw there was an effect called 'Dust impact' i believe, i'd like to make that trigger when in close proximity to the ground, rooftop.

How do i go about making this?

Hello, i like to fly a lot in GTAV and one thing i miss is being able to see barely anything or nothing as i'm landing in the desert, dusty rooftops, etc.
Basically what i want is this...

Being able to see this in first person is preferred, however i'm sure it'd be just as cool in 3rd person, also if it were possible a larger brownout for helicopters with larger blades or the Chinook whereas the smaller helicopters have a smaller brownout? I'm not sure if that's realistic or not but it makes sense in my head.

I'm having a problem when using a mod for policet, the lights will completely glitch, meaning they will be in front or next to the lightbar area they're meant to be, or you can see them rotating outside of the lightbar (That happens with the vanilla policet).

The most recent case of this was earlier, i decided i'd play British for a bit and the lights would appear in front of the lightbar. (Will upload picture or link video showing this asap.) The vehicle i was using is: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/metropolitan-police-mercedes-sprinter-dog-section .

So any help about a fix or just anything would be greatly appreciated.
