@TR71777 A complete ped modelled from scratch is expensive (near to ~US$100). Fully rigged peds with face animations can take a lot of time and even if is paid, is not profitable (Example: Alex189 do it offering models from games rigged, because he's earning US$570 per ped pack, but he can need over 1 to 3 months to release each one).

Models from a game or already done and optimized for videogames, with only brows, lids, eyes, cheecks, jaw and tongue animation on face, can be 10 bucks or 15 with 1 set of clothes variations, or 20 with 3.

Honestly and you can confirm this, rig characters is more complex than vehicles, weapons, props or maps to get a good result, for this reasson exists lots of peds and player skins with undesired quality, bugs and no fully face animated.

@TR71777 The video replacement is doable using Bink video tools. The idea to insert real TV in GTA V TV screens is possible but not avaible right now because is necessary to edit shaders and they are hardcoded and mixed with game source code, pretty hard to invest time.

@TR71777 No problem, if someone appears, I'll to provide both characters rip files, my GTA4 mod is locked and AC Amir probably aswell.

@TR71777 First one is my Aveline (Assassins Creed Liberation) mod for GTA IV, second is Sheva (Resident Evil 5) by AC Amir. I could do them but I'm doing only sponsored mods with donations involved.

@johnshort Because roads shaders (and all terrain shaders) have too much layers to be rendered, if is added one with real time reflections, that makes the game impossible to run without high-end hardware. In garages the ground reflectes because the details are minimal, the world enviroment is reducted to minmum LODs and the camera range always is near plane, making enought performance to add a reflection layer to these interiors (mirrors per example).

@Cyron43 Welcome to the videogames development reality. The best choice for modders (and games developers) is "Take it or leave it" comments, just take helpfull data to improve the mod.

@messi3194 You're wrong, 3ds Max + GIMS works perfect with the only issue on lips rig (Open Formats only uses a maximum of 2 variables in vertex shader setting to export each rigged vertex, causing deformations and inaccurate rigging in small zones affected by multiple bones like lips), is 3 times more advanced than ZM3 and has a complete material library for thousands of effects.

@llLyn issue is other (in head component, check if Gims Model modifier has marked "Include bones", that is necessary to work in game, also, copy the CRC number from other head component. All others ped components always uses -1 and not included bones).
