When two modkits have the same id they usally conflict with each other it was "working fine" for you before addition of the second car as soon as you added the second car which I assume have its own tuning parts and modkit the conflict started resulting in no tuning parts showing up for the first one. As the other user mentioned change the value to something else and then try.
You will have to change the modkit id at two places carcols.meta and carvariations.meta. then it should work fine for you.

@Killy1 Hmmm in that case make sure you don't have the vanilla gameconfig and try to remove the mod and then see if the problem persists... honestly I haven't use this mod so I cannot tell you much

But you see changing value one at a time took so much of my time and effort... so initially (yesterday) I changed 3-4 values at the same time... thats why I came asking so that I don’t have to change the values that are not needed to be changed

At the end I had no choice except to change EACH value one by one and test it. Anyways for now I have got it working Though I will use values too and see if anything changes

Thanks man I was also looking in the gameconfig right now and after many trial and error I got it working...

Since WOV was already installed so I extracted the gameconfig from the WOV oiv package, and this time instead of changing 3-4 values I changed only one by comparing it to F7YO’s 1x traffic and ped gameconfig.... and side by side noted the value I have changed.... then if the game crashed I reverted that value and changed another one..... after 6-7 attempts I found the right value and my game is working fine right now without any bugs and lags.

Since you looked into my problem and helped me I am going to use your values too and will inform you in a while

This happened to me once, my fix ??
According to me it happens due to faulty or unupdated scripts. Atleast in my case !!
I removed all my scripts from the game folder then installed them one by one and found out the faulty one or the once which was not updated and simply removed it.
Make sure scripthook V and dotnet are updated too
