Uninstall and reinstall?
runed it as administration?
Installing OpenIV.asi?

5. Some other vehicles

i think you er trying to download This, it is an outdated version

there are tons of great reshades or enbs out there

Try Redux Graphics for gta 5, its one of the best!

@AlexandrePGXD You cant hack or use cheats while playing Online multiplayer
YOU WOULD GET BANNED FOR THAT!
Most of the mods here are ONLY for Offline Single player
