Hi folks,

As you may be aware, if you'd like a username change you can use the contact form on the main site. Recently, the admin team have become aware of a bug that made name changes not work correctly. The bug is that when the name is changed, the profile shows a "page doesn't exist" error. Rest assured, this is just a bug and your profiles are still there, and they should re-appear again within a few hours.
