@Reacon I'm not an expert on mods, but the ones i use still work:
e.g. Redux Graphics, Original Godmode Script, Skydive and Parachute Toggle, and Simple teleport to marker.
The Redux installation did involve installing OpenIV, but Redux still works without those 2 files.

My fix was to delete files [OpenIV.asi] and [OpenIV.log] from folder:
"C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V"
