Its what Grand Theft Auto V is meant to do. When vehicles leave the frame they are deleted. I want to know if there is a way to change this or whitelist police cars.

Hey guys, does anyone know a mod that stops police cars from despawning? I always get in to shoot outs with police and i think it would be cool if police cars would just stay instead of despawning once the police who were driving the car have died. Thanks in advance.
