Hello, I have been trying to solve this for the past few days and recently came to the conclusion that my game was having LOD pop in/flickering lod or poor rendering due to the weapon skins I have for the dlcpacks folder. At first I thought it had something to do with having VisualV, NVR, LA REVO and LA Vegetation installed, or any other mod, but it appears not. I am not sure why, but having weapon skins installed causes my game to render poorly, with some buildings and streets not loading properly. If I turn the camera 180 degrees instantly, the LOD has a terrible pop in. Does anyone know why this happening? I would really like to use weapon skins but I do not want to deal with terrible rendering and LOD pop ins.
