I downgraded the game as instructed but when I launch on steam it just makes me update the game again....

It does not work with the latest scripthookvdotnet. I have to use a older version. It will also crash the game if I accidentally remove a car mod before releasing it from the save in game, which has happened too many times lol.

I'd love to have a mod where the gate works, the garages open and close, and all the random people are gone walking around outside. I want to use that property for my modded cars.

Some guards out by the gate would be a nice touch too!

The house above is one of a kind for GTA modding. It's a mansion that is add-on and has ZERO cars that come along with it. We need more of this. I want to be able to park my own custom cars and save them wherever I want on a house that is already preloaded on the map when I fire up the game.

It's such a simple mod to install and it gives us freedoms with our cars. I can fire up my game and with the persistence mod I can already have my cars saved to this house. It's perfect. No loading via map editor, no cars falling through the floor. No problems at all. Why aren't more people doing house mods like this?

If you haven't checked out this mod, please do. It's incredible. I only wish we had more like it.

I'm very new to modding, just FYI.

At around the 25 car mark, the game starts to lose memory fast. Everything starts to disappear and things are just floating around. It's extremely frustrating. I've only done add on cars. No replacements. There are no other scripts or custom maps loaded. I only have the cars and the persistence mod to save them. I've heard other people using 300 + added cars in their game. Why is mine losing memory at 25?

3. ScriptHookVDOTNET (2.10.9 had to use older version as the latest one would not work with peristence 1.3.2)

Here are my PC specs

1. GeForce GTX 970 with updated drivers
2. i7 4790K CPU
3. 16 GB Ram

I started out playing on ultra and very high with everything. Since the memory problem I went down to very high to high, and some things set to normal and I'm still having this problem. I've also reduced the ped pop and traffic to very low.

Can someone please help?
