Could anyone create a US Navy SEAL Ped like Chris from American Sniper?

I have had the same problem.
Looks like you had too many mods installed and your GTA just cant handle them, so it doesnt use the mods int the update folders.
To solve that delete your mods folder and simply create a new one.
