someone make a proper Character Creator available in single player with the right names for the available modifications like "Feathered" or "triple Tram" for the eyebrow selections; Eye color "Dark Gray'', ''Green" etc; and with Opacity selections.
I know there are posibilities to modify the ped in some trainers or SC2.1 but the face modifications are hard, even harder when you reach skin blemishes and complexion in makeup or tattooes. sorry for my bad english and hope someone gets my idea

@RYAN I have all of those... Tried changing values in visualsettings.dat (emissive, headlights, headlight volumes...) to stock & to other headlight mods.
Its just that the texture itself is getting smashed down & I have NO IDEA WHY! its driving me crazy hahai am not sure, but since you said that you returned to stock .dat file and prob persisted this means that you might have problem in the carcols file. i repeat, i am not sure
pls make backups for everything until you know for sure they work!
try Xenon Light 1.5, just try it! Else i think VisualV is not compatible or overwrites other values that other mods you have try to impose... i say visualV cause it uses other locations for the same files
do you have the same problem when online ?

those of you that use nvidia control panel... how do you do it ? do you disable the options ingame and overwrite them in the panel ?
or...
you leave them enabled ingame and enhance them further in the panel ?

perhaps i should of started with sharing a pic like this:this is all did, and it worked since first try, to not have those large pop-ins or texture missing in gta5
i have not set it to 0 (zero), or any other custom value, i just selected No page file, set, ok, apply, ok, apply, ok, and i think it needs a restart after, just do it when it needs it

"Windows isn't really happy" what it do ?"memory dumps" ? do you experience windows crashes often? cause that's what those are about... sending back to microsoft/program developer what was in ram when system crashed. Memory dumps helps software developers and admins to diagnose, identify and resolve the problem that led to application or system failure... now just imagine you having a crash and in occupied ram was 6GB (or even more) but you let only 1 GB... is that better? let's say that you let 7GB for dumps... do you know how much it would take the hdd/ssd to write the 6GB file that needs to be sent back to the developer and after it is written to actually send it? why not send it straight from ram... that's my logic...
