I ended up reinstalling everything except the OIV.
Same deal...
Scripthook is installed.
Scriphook.net.
Dinput8.
Installed the correct gameconfig.
Edited the DLC and Extra files as per needed.
Installed the directories with their DLC files.
Installed a few police car replaces.
But no ball...

I am at a loss, what am I missing?

Nothing changed on the system, the game.
Oh, right, my son had a car installed, https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-lamborghini-aventador-lp700-4-stock-interior-color-hq-animated-engine-livery-tunable-autospoiler.
An OIV.

Then out of the blue, all added mods just stopped working.
Trainer works, still, which is VERY strange.

I tried to re-install with redownloading all needed mod-files, I changed the Config again, nothing though helps.

No one with an idea of what it could cause this?

Out of the absolute blue, all mods decided to quit working on my son's GTA.
Cars, person skins, the whole shabang just is not there anymore.
Replaced all Scripthook files etc, no avail, game refuses to accept the mods, for some odd reason.
Anyone a clue?

Reason for this post:
I asked in General Discussion where the mod was that fixes few of the cars light systems.
Went through the whole site now, but the mod is no more.
So... seems I need to actually make a request now, if I want these back to work...

Many a vehicle have broken lights.
Some can be purchased, others are already in place, but not functioning.
Then you have the Ruiner, who's flip lights (you know, the ones that crawl into the hood when scared XD) won't come up when high beam is toggled.
Cars involved are:

1. Hvy Menacer, Off-Road: Roof Lights not working.
2. Benefactor Terrorbyte Commercial: Rooftop Lights/Spotlight not working.
3. Chernobog Military: Rooftop Spotlight not working.
4. Pfister Comet Safari Sports: Rooftop Lights not working.
5. Benefactor Dubsta SUV: Rooftop Lights not working.
6. Mammoth Patriot SUV: Rooftop Lights not working.
7. Coil Brawler: Rooftop Lights not working.
8. Benefactor Dubsta 6x6: rooftop Lights not working. "Radiator" Lights not working.
9. Canis Mesa Off-Road: "Radiator" Lights not working.
10. Karin Rebel (+Rust version): Rooftop Lights not working.
11. Vapid Sandking SWB + XL: Rooftop Lights not working.
12. Vapid Dominator: Bumper Lights not working.

There might be a few others, these I know about.
If anyone would be so kind to connect the bloody things to the battery, I would be very grateful.

I thought, requests was just for that: requests.
Which, IMHO, meant asking to alter or make mods.
Hence, I placed it here when posting.

If you like, I will, in the future, post it in Requests?

Admin: I did not make a mod request, I was hoping however, if someone knew what the mod was that fixes the lights.
I used to have it, like ages ago...

There are several vehicles which have optional lights (roof for instance) which do not work.
Ruiner then has no working upcoming lights.

Is there a mod that fixes these things, please?

You can spawn all vehicles (including new ones) with a trainer.
I suggest Simple Trainer.

As for car mods/packs, those work.

WoV brings online vehicles even on the street.

@micbp All vehicles do work with the current game.
What is your game type? GOG, Steam, Epic, Banana?
Did you install a decent GameConfig?
