Been thinking:
We got SPG, SPGR, can't something like that be made for aircrafts?
Basically a garage (one you cannot enter, due to the issues that come with that), but a 'landing spot' (Heli landing spot) that saves text files which can be recalled as like it is with SPG's menu?
Something... "simple" (note the quote marks here, nothing ever is simple seems, lol)?

Merely thinking out loud...

Heck, maybe a "simple" overhaul of the SPG?
If only Mr. mlgthatsme was here... he did a fine job on SPG!

Don't know if you found it out or not yet or if you even care anymore but its in a paid pack.

Crashes are persistent, R* has not a single clue.

You can't just add the .awc and have it as new sound, you need to edit audio metadata (.rel files) which can be edited with codewalker, problem is, you need to do research on your own and find out which setting does what, and also spend 3 days on trying to make it work..

Oh, maybe this can be copied and pinned (the post here above) as possible solution to Error 107.
Who knows, it might help fellow players looking for a solution with error 107!

@ReNNie Well my plans have totally changed now. I have found through numerous tests, that too many scenario peds is just too resource intensive, and thus leads to crashing, especially with me already pushing vehicle densities to the limit. I have been editing navmesh to allow for more ambient peds to spawn on them, and have made an edit to peds.ymt to also allow for the spawns to appear closer with one another. If the result is better than marginal, I will post a video here to share with the community.

In-Depth explanation:
The new Sheriff2 vehicle is a Sheriff Interceptor car, which replaces the Sheriff Transport.
Annoyingly this car seems to be using the FBI2 handling, but a sports car with a SUV handling?
Thus, I did this:

Added and replaced new SHERIFF2*.YTD and SHERIFF2*YFT files to GTAv\Update\x64\DLCPacks\Patchday3NG\DLC.RPF\x64\Levels\GTA5\VEHICLES.RPF

Added newly created SHERIFF2 handling in GTAv\Update\UPDATE.RPF\Common\Data\HANDLING.META

Altered the line <handlingId>FBI2</handlingId> into <handlingId>sheriff2</handlingId> in GTAv\Common.RPF\Data\Levels\GTA5\VEHICLES/META

Still, somehow Sheriff2 uses a transport/SUV handling (quite bloody noticable).
Do you need the HANDLING.META info, the VEHICLES.META information/files?

I mean, all the info is above, once ELS is installed, my MMB3 no longer operates.

And yes, I am absolutely sure it is ELS, due to the fact everything runs good, until ELS is installed.
All (my MMB3 in this case) starts to work again once ELS is removed.
