As the title suggests, I'm driving insane of why this is the only website i have the problem to properly load and download files from.

I already tried everything on my side but I can't fix it and it's frustrating. Now I realise that the problem first appeared when the Developers updated this site (Not the Forum but it went also slower)

And I'm curious if i'm the only one who got this problem or not, i already tried accessing the site with a normal loading speed but neither my Pc or Laptop can load without waiting 2 minutes, and yes also changing the browser didn't worked.
