@chonkie Hey man!! Is it possible if you could share the file you worked on? I'm having a bit of a problem trying to get it to work but I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issues with fivem or if I'm doing it wrong. I want to test that part out I would greatly appreciate it!

I appreciate sharing your knowledge with me.
The only problem with changing time cycles files is that one day we’re hoping to open the server to the public. Meaning we’d have to either- Find a way to stream the time cycles files(which I don’t think is possible..) or
- Remove the lights from ymap
- Find a way to do it with scripting
Nevertheless, we have been stuck on this for quite a while now, but now we have a lead! All thanks to you.

@InfiniteQuestion said in Removing lights from map:
I have a post a few weeks ago about removing orange glow from street lights. The game has two different lights, one from the objects and the other from a general street glow. I have mine set to white but could just as easily turn it off. With this turned off, ENB to remove spot glow, and your mod to remove street light posts, the only light at night would be coming from the buildings and moon making a very dark city.
I'm making a post apocalyptic mod for me and my friends but the SetBlackOut option in GTA natives makes everything too dark. So our solution was to remove lights selectively. So if I undertstand correctly, can the orange glows can only be changed globally as one settings?

Removing lights from mapposted in General Modding Discussion
Hey guys.
I've removed some streetlights using CodeWalker but the light on the street itself is still visible. Where and how can I remove this light object?
