I know there is a mod where you can do gang wars with 2 teams and things like that. But can somebody make a mod where you just drive through the gang streets and suddenly there starts a shoot-out between two gangs? Like a random event?

I try to install new guns but it doesn't work anymore?? I once had a gun mod where you needed to create a weapons.rpf folder and then you had to put all guns in there you wanted and it automatically read and loaded the guns from this folder. Does somebody know what I mean? If yes, how can I do it?

Hello, I want to make the micro smg shot "slower" so I need do decrease the rate of fire. I already tried to change in the weapons.meta file the timebetweenbullets line but it does not changed the rate of fire. It just changed the rate of single fire shots (example: i give one shot and I changed timebetweenbullets (or shots? idk the exactly name) to 1.000 now, after every single fire shot I have to wait one second to shot again, but as I said, only in single fire but I want the auto fire rate of fire decreased.) Hope you understand me, my english is not good.

I thought it would be that easy that in the weapons file is just a line called "animationname: ?" and you just have to change this hahaha. Or something like this if you know what I mean
