hello you can create an option where you choose whether to enable the tuning or not?

this takes away the right tuning? for those who have car mod with this active still I see the changes on the car I modded

I mod car models I also turned on the option to remove the tuning for those with cars mod though the aesthetic changes on the machine model I see however how can I remove them?
