Do I need to remove any mod before I start using online gameplay then?

Hello I'm trying to find mission on GTA 5 Online like Prison Bus, Escape Prison, etc..
But I don't know how to create the mission so I can invite people and me to be the leader, because always people invite me and I don't know how to start a mission of prison from myself.
I saw some with rank 40 that created mission and invited me, meanwhile me I'm at 50th rank and I cannot start , any help?
