Need help with .fsb files

Hey guys, long-time lurker here

So I've been meaning to extract some audio from Mafia 2 and bring 'em here, but I don't quite know how to get past the .fsb to .wav/wma conversion. Any ''solution'' I see online looks pretty shady.

Any way to convert these reliably?
