This happens around the entire map:
I have tried following: switch texture settings from high to normal, redownloaded FiveM, maxed distance scaling, maxed extended distance scaling, maxed anisotropic filtering
All drivers are updated and computer is running at normal temps around 70 degrees fahrenheit.
GPU: RTX 2060 Super
CPU: Ryzen 7 3600X
Ram: 16 gb DDR4 @ 3200mhz
