@GooD-NTS Yes, I do know that. However I have fixed it. The process that allowed me to is as follows :

• I Copied all the dlls from the link I mentioned to the OpenIV Folder and then ran OpenIV.

• While OpenIV was running I tried to delete those dlls. All of them except one couldn't be deleted. (d3dx9_33.dll or something like that)

• Then I stopped OpenIV and then copied that specific dll file to System32 and SysWOW64 folders overwriting the pre-existent files.

• Then I ran OpenIV and nor did it give any error or show the blank screen.

@GooD-NTS Sadly no... Could you maybe remote access my PC with Teamviewer or AnyDesk and see what's up? Please?

@GooD-NTS OK SO I have delelted dlls... Reinstalled software... Reinstalled GFX Drivers... Restarted PC... Reinstalled C++ redist...
What else should I do?
