Curious to know if there is a mod that allows one to adjust the amount of traffic. I don't want to completely disable traffic, that does mess with some aspects of the game. I just want to adjust the amount of traffic.

I'm racking my brain trying to figure out random freezing then crashing. Every time the error message is the same "Try reducing your graphics". I'm currently running a i5-8400 with an MSI GTX 1050 ti along with 12GB of RAM.
I have the latest version of GTA V & Launcher installed along with ScriptHookV, ScriptHookV .NET, ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI. I also have TrainerV, Premium Deluxe Motors and Benny's from I'm Not Mental.
I'm running the game with the settings on High at 1080p. Some times it's 10-15 minutes into the game, other times it's 30 to an hour. Doesn't matter if I'm driving, walking, shooting or just standing there. The game freezes then crashes. My CPU and GPU are all at stock settings. I'm wondering if one of them might be going bad.
