@ReNNie I could never do that to poor Trevor. But hey, I got 6 new stations at once. They might be enough to distract you from Channel X

RE: Radio station mods, copyrighted music and moderation
So are radio stations from other GTA games ok or not? I know that already existing ones haven't got deleted but can I add new ones?

Are there more than one global.gxt2 and trackid.gxt2?
I'm currently trying to edit the station, artist and song names of the LS Underground radio station and usually they would be in the global.gxt2 and trackid.gxt2 text files (which are in update/update.rpf/x64/data/lang/american.rel) but they aren't there. The station itself has an unusual location (update\x64\dlcpacks\mpbattle\dlc.rpf\x64\audio\sfx \dlc_battle_music.
Does anyone know where they are listed or at least if there are other global and trackid (or similar files) so I can search for them myself? Appreciate any help.

RE: [GTA 5/EFLC/GTA4] Is there a way to rip radio station songs WITH the host lines embedded in them (like you can with San Andreas)?
@krissboo Is it by any chance the reddit post "Grand Theft Auto: The Radio Stations!!"? If so there are no DJ lines during songs unfortunately. If not you can send me the link via mail to sandrod@gmx.net but I already started doing the whole job myself "the hard way" so I'm gonna tag this as solved. Thanks for the response!

Yeah I assumed it was different than San Andreas but was still hoping for some handy tool. Nevertheless, as a no-lifer I took me "some" time and did the whole Liberty Rock Radio from EFLC and overdubbed the lines into the songs with Audacity. It's not perfect but very close to as you hear it ingame. Extremely time-consuming but still worth it imo. Appreciate your response though!

@xxx78 No offense but I was asking for solutions, not moral judgement. I most likely own more Vinyls and CDs than the average GTA player and I also legally own quite few songs that are in the game. You're probably right about the violation but it's not like I pirated the game and try to rip the songs to spread them all over the internet (and let's not pretend like mods with real models and brands from other licensed games are not a violation). I bought the game legally and I merely wanted to have the whole radio station experience (with jingles, DJ lines and ads - so Spotify disqualifies for this purpose) for real life activities. There are definitely easier ways to steal music than ripping them from a game and I don't see in any way how I am harming Rockstar with this (as for the artists - GTA was always a good source for finding new music to me so I often ended up buying it because of GTA). If they offered to buy whole radio stations with all the extras I'd be the first in line, it would actually save me a lot of time.

I'm currently ripping all my favorite radio stations from the game files to listen to them irl and ofc not only songs but also all the DJ lines and ads to recreate the exact same radio station experience as ingame.
San Andreas was easy because there's a tool which rips the songs with the DJ lines embedded into them but for GTA 4, EFLC and GTA 5 there doesn't seem to be anything similar.
"Why don't you just download from Youtube etc?" you might ask but they're all either without lines, missing songs or low quality. That's the reason why I rip them directly from the game files.
So is there any possibility to rip the station files WITH the DJ lines embedded into them?

RE: Modding Radio, translate "oac" file to human language not PC hash thingy?
Have you found it out yet? I'd like to know this aswell.
