Instead of adding vehicles individually the tool will allow us to merge several vehicles into a single DLC. This will reduce installation and re-installation time and help manage the mod files more easily.

I was trying to get the Halloween weather in single player but it doesn't seem to be working.
I tried to activate it using Menyoo, Simple Trainer and Enhanced Native Trainer. Also tried using the timecycle mods from different Graphics mods like VisualV, M.V.G.A, Redux and Naturalvision Remastered. It shows up in the menus but nothing happens when I try to activate it.
