So I found out it's not just spawning cars, but entering cars found on the street crashes my game. Any fixes?

Is anyone else having a problem spawning cars without the game crashing? Even if I spawn a vanilla car the game crashes and has done this since the update. I've tried Menyoo, Simple Trainer, and the scripthook V trainer, they all crash after i spawn a vehicle. Anyone have any suggestions?
