new to modding, so im looking for a few mods that will work together. been browsing this site off and on for awhile, but not sure which would be better or how to install them for the steam version.

ive heard of FiveM and i like most of their mods, but isnt that a server thing and not for single player use? went to their website, and it makes me join their servers. i just want single player mods
