Download the mod vstancer. Allows you to tweak all suspension aspects. Wheel size and width. Suspension height (individual back and front), camber etc.. I know it's not permanent but an easy fix to fix that stuff.

Yes I get a pop up error saying I cant put the files there.
Thank you everybody seems to have worked I dont see my replace spawning all over the place.
Or maybe somebody could just fix the handling and make the current one a add on. I plan to attempt it but theres no guarantees it will work.

try combing add on cars into one dlc to get more in with less dlcs

@ikt it worked for me without changing anything thanks for your help. I did end up the the 5x population, i dont know if the 3x works or not.
No clue if Character Swap by Unknown can facilitate that. Try it?
