How do I change the spawn rate of vehicles?

Since some people like to make there hood fly off to have no hood or shoot bumpers off why not make a tool or menu that will remove them with having bullet holes in everything. Maybe even let the menu save the car that you did it with so it stays off.

That would be awsome if the weather could change depending on area kinda like it did in the crew.

Or maybe somebody could just fix the handling and make the current one a add on. I plan to attempt it but theres no guarantees it will work.

I like the idea to be able to use any character only issue I see with it would be the fact that when you change characters you cant earn/spend money or go inside buildings, now there may be a way to. it's been a while since I tried it. But if someone could get it working right it would be great.

I dont know if the person that made the beta version is still around or not but I would love to see this car get finished. It would be cool to see it it with and without the king cobra liveries and possibly being able to take it to Benny's and doing stuff like racing seats interior color but idk if that's even possible

What game config works with the new update to have more than one addon cars ? I'm pretty sure it's why I keep crashing on start up

So I got scripthook working and menyoo working added in a truck and now it's doing the same thing it was before. It loads up the rockstar cut scene then freezes video but I still hear the sounds then after a while it closes to the safe mode retry screen.

I would like to see a 1966 dodge crew cab 4x4 long or short bed.
