Im really sorry if this has been asked before. I have looked but cant see the same question.

I have been trying to install ped models into my game. I have everything up to date to my knowledge.

The link to the mod i am using is:

I have followed the updated instructions to put inside:
"update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday9ng.rpf"

When i load the game up with rage the police still wear the normal uniform.
There is a random ped model that uses one of the modded uniforms but it is very rare i see him.

I have replaced all the files in OpenIV and when i open the file, the modded textures are showing as there.

I know the fix will be something real easy and i will have missed something stupid so sorry in advance.
