Do you know which software uses rockstars to create the topology of mesh ?
I deleted only one polygon then in vertex mode I did the strip (it makes triangles inside the mesh) ..

I have a question to understand:
Is the problem of the polygons that do not follow the movement of the pedal it is because the weight has not been transferred to these polygons or is it because the mesh is in high resolution and subdivision 2?

Here's what I did:
1 / I have selected all the polygons (see photo 1)
2 / I deleted the polygons which do not move with the "modify / delete" tool (see photo 2)
3 / When I use the "Strip" tool by clicking on the deleted polygons, nothing happens.
Am I doing things right?
Do you know why the texture of the skin is grainy (see photos)? I think it's because of the normal map that I can't set up
And do you also know why the hands and neck are cut (see photos)? My Ped includes 2 parts (body + head and hand) which fits perfectly (original) on zmodeler3 but on gta5 we see the separate parts
