Can someone help me with this

i'm using GTA V all ultra and very high settings and enable the advanced graphics except the frame scalling

i'm also using 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙑 + 𝙉𝙑𝙍 + 𝙋𝙍𝙎𝘼 : 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙑 first then 𝙉𝙑𝙍 then 𝙋𝙍𝙎𝘼,im using default settings in the 𝙋𝙍𝙎𝘼 and install Optional Addons in 𝙉𝙑𝙍

( NO ADDON USED IN VISUALV )

What's the problem is i got Red Sky and White Flashes when in NIGHTS ( only night )
i use weather options ( from menyoo trainer) Clouds and Overcast and the problem will apear AND also in the sky there is no stars.

Hello guys,i just downloaded GTA V and want to add some mods,i already know how to install openIV but what im asking is should i create "the copy" folder from my GTA V original folder?because i want to play online too?or is there any method so i can't get banned , ThankYou !!
