@a63nt-5m1th THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It fixed it! It looks so much better now after i replaced the file.. I was stuck without any street lights for months

I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this, I'm new to the forums.. But i have installed a graphics mod (i forget the name) But after i did that, the street lights stopped working entirely which takes out the realism of it.. Any idea on how to fix it?? Thanks..
