I'm looking for a program that i downloaded years ago. But I can't seem to remember it, can you guys help me out?

This program helped me to cheat money using the stock market. When it openend up it showed active tasks on my computer (running programs) and I could select a program then I could type in a value and below I could give some extra criteria and then the program would search for the value within the progam I selected and then I could change that value to whatever I want. Does anyone have any idea what program I'm describing?

Hello everybody,

I recently downloaded a dutch police vehicle (this one) but the lights didn't turn on at all because (I think) I forgot to install Emergency Lights System mod, so I installed it and the light did work, but immediately after starting the engine all the light went on but froze and the only way to turn them of was to turn off the engine.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've looked everywhere on the web and I can't figure out the problem.

Ik heb net een Nederlands politie voertuig gedownload (link hierboven) maar de lampen gingen niet aan omdat (vermoedelijk de oorzaak) ik Emergency Lights System niet had geinstalleerd, nadat ik dat heb gedaan gingen de lampen wél aan maar onmiddellijk daarna bleven ze allemaal branden en de enige manier om ze uit te zetten is door de motor uit te zetten.

Kan iemand mij hierbij helpen? Ik heb overal op het internet gezocht en kan het probleem maar niet achterhalen.
