Played EVERY GTA. Played GTA V when it released 2013 to 2014. Past few years been real heavy into PUBG (PlayerUnknownsBattlegrounds) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpHFJVyh4ZA&t=151s but came back to GTAV just for modding and to possibly do a series on youtube and have some fun. I'm VERY new to modding so all advice I am all ears and very open to and would appreciate the help.

So basically to avoid an update in the future all I have to do is go offline when there is one coming out and backup the files just in case.. I'm going through Steam currently where mine runs, is there a way to bypass it where you can turn automatic updates off indefinitely? lol
@LyKx I just started playing again since 2014 a good week ago just for modding and finally had all the mods I wanted lol. I am devastated lmao. Then look on twitch and all the FiveM servers get to run just fine smh.

Of course that usually means scripthook will be broken and blah, blah, blah.... Otherwise, stay offline until the update is confirmed as a 'breaker' or not. At the minimum remember the last day you signed in and use that to change the time when playing offline for the duration. Cheers!!
@iammistahwolf I played in 2014 but just rejoined for the sake of modding a few weeks ago and learned about this lol. Is the time duration correct for the 3-4 days on scripthookV getting an update? I thought it was something I did wrong the entire time for about 12 hrs until I finally started reading the forums.
