Extract the zips by using quickbms. Folder structure is already correct just take note that there aren't any file extentions in the foldernames

In Vehicles.meta, for that respective car, there is line, that says FLAG_HAS_.. etc

To this line add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY

Save and this will enable livery for that car.

1. It was on autoselect, i selected my GPU.
2. Disabled already
3. no such service

i recently installed win 10 and gta 5, and had some stutter.

I did above, now GTA 5 runs, mini map shows, character phone open, but in red color, but the screen is all black. I can hear sound, but its all black, WTF.

I restarted pc, no avail. I had been using https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/vngraphics-enhancer

Never had a problem, until today after i changed physx to GPU.

I had to reinstall windows and re-installed the game from beginning. Completed downloading and Social club launcher popped but then it goes blank forever.

I have tried fixes posted in the internet like Delete Rockstar Games folder from My Documents and AppData/Local/ , Re-installing Social club launcher, but still it goes blank on start-up

How to fix this?

Also enable Post FX (in Graphics settings) to high or ultra
