what if i install the gameconfig after i've installed everything? i followed the first tutorial and my game runs decent with only the rare few "memory errors" and lspdfr crashing out of nowhere.

I've seen plenty of talk about about Replacement cars being turned into add-ons but can the reverse be done? and if so how?

@DoubleHelix i understand now and was able to extract the carcols and am in the process of reinstalling it. i would also like to know whether you could show me how to edit dispatch.meta of dov as i can't seem to find within the dlcpacks dov folder

was wondering if anyone knows how to fix these two issues. first how can i change the lssd responding in Blaine county cars? and i have a problem with some cars such as most SAHP and unmarked cars having no lights or just showing a huge led texture in front of the car when activating the siren. i understand this is a workaround and i shouldn't expect this to work 100% but it'd be nice to use some of those cars. any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm new to modding and just got my first pc. i wanted to download open iv to start modding gta v. only one problem... whenever i hit the download button the new tab opens then loads indefinitely. went to the open iv website and the website won't even load for me! any help would be greatly appreciated.
