I don't think the cause for ERR_FIL_PACK_3 is correct. I don't have any DLCs over 4GB (biggest one is 2.3GB) and I'm having this issue.

My game was working fine, I decided to install the Faster AI Drivers mod, and suddenly I'm getting the error. The ridiculous part is that I'm still getting the error after removing the one file the mod installs.

EDIT: Seems that OpenIV had broken mods\update.rpf somehow. I copied every modded file I had from it to the desktop, re-copied the original one, then dropped all my mods back on it exactly as they were and it suddenly works. GTA is a weird one...

@mikdotnice Reduce fInitialDragCoeff, I'm guessing the car has high drag and can't power through to a high top speed.

@nathanjamesddg151 To be honest, since this is a game and people might like to have it as a generic mob limo or whatever, I think it'd be best to either:

A ) Have a version with a GTA plate and a pre-set DC plate, or
B ) Have both plates available as extras

A little request if possible - could you make the splitter and spoiler available as extras or tuning parts? I dunno what the name of the spoiler is but I know the splitter is detached as something like "bumperF_custom_a".

I've been trying to convert some audio from another game to GTA but it never seems to come out right. I'm trying to replace the Elegy sounds (supercar_5_jp_v6) with real Nissan GT-R sounds with Audacity.

I'm taking the original samples which were apparently encoded with "ADPCM" compression. I've made sure they're all the same or similar lengths to the Elegy's sounds. Trying to import them as an OAC file (OpenIV's version of GTA's AWC files) prompts an error from OpenIV saying they must be PCM format.

So I go back to Audacity, export every sound as a 32-bit float PCM. OpenIV lets me import them, but in-game the Elegy is silent and its radio is disabled.

My only other PCM option is 16-bit signed PCM. That imports fine too, and the Elegy's radio works, but for some reason instead of using my new sounds, it's using very, very quiet versions of its original sounds. I'm making sure to replace the supercar_5_jp_v6 sounds in STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR.rpf. Does anyone familiar with audio mods know where I'm going wrong?

@Dilapidated Is that different to the one that's included by default with RDE? I'll give it a shot.

EDIT: Just tested, that didn't work. Still gets the same error. I even tried merging it with my current one after it didn't work (just keeping the highest values from each) and it still won't work.

@Reyser I did, but deleting it didn't fix anything.
