That's a modkit ID issue. If you're fine with modifying the carcols.meta and carvariations.meta files, then you'll need to change the numbers in <kitName> and the same number under it in the <id value=xxx> tag.
For example in carcols.meta: <kitName>1186_ae86_modkit</kitName> and <id value="1186"> need to be changed, so I would change both to -let's say 999- : <kitName>999_ae86_modkit</kitName>, and <id value="999">.
As for carvariations.meta, you can find the modkit under the exact same name, and change that according to what you've changed in carcols.meta.
