This mod would make the population a physical number in the game. For example there are x amount of police and x amount of civilians. And as you go through the game, the more people you kill the thinner the population eventually gets because less pedestrians will spawn. And if you manage to kill all people then the world will just be empty and un-populated.

Look at the stock Rhapsody for example. It has beautiful looking white wall tires on normal 14 inch rims. All of the tires at Los Santos Customs are themed like those ugly West Coast Custom lowrider tires and mods.

I want a mod that replaces the los santos customs whitewalls and rims with the stock looking white walls and rims on whatever car you want. Then we would really be rockin

Every single time I visit this site there is a pop of video in the lower right hand corner of my screen showcasing someones mod. Its the single most annoying thing Ive ever experienced on a GTA mod site. Not to mention intrusive because it overlaps the catalog of mods actually trying to see. Is there a way to turn this off?

I just downloaded Open Interiors to test it. It is working fine. Make sure you have downloaded the most recent scripthook from Alexander Blade. And put all the files in your main directory. Hope that helps

I would like to see yellow or green colored glow sticks that don't flicker and stay lit for a few minutes or more.
Cool for zombie maps and power outages or whatever.

Exactly. It bums me out about the head lights being blacked out too but I don't think there is much anyone can do about that.

But I got the idea for this mod because I use Alexguirre's spotlight mod for my police cars when I play LSPDFR and I found out that his spotlight works just fine, even when blackout mode is enabled. So at night id just use that as sort of a headlight.

But I figured since gta flares and Alexguirre's spotlight mod works in blackout mode, it is very much possible to have light with blackout mode on. So there must definitely be a way to mod a custom light to a lamp or glow stick
