Okay so I changed the game priority to Realtime and it works fine, not because the mods

Doesn't work

I started to install mods today and b4 I installed the mods, the game is fine. After I installed some mods, I run the game and it stuck on the loading screen with the wheel keep spinning. Please give me some solution. Thanks
