How did you installed that? Isn't name of car different? Did you installed it correctly?

Probably mod is old and doesn't support latest version, or/and you don't have installed it correctly. Maybe you don't have (eg.) ScriptHookV.

This happens only with NVR or with vanilla gta? Try update the game with NVR and try it again.
