GTA 5 stutters after installing new windowsposted in General Modding Discussion
Hey!
I ran into this problem when I clean installed windows 10 latest build on my laptop
GTA 5 worked perfectly on Intel HD620 on previous windows (at least not stutters)
25fps smooth on medium to high settings
but when I installed latest version of windows it started stuttering
I tried every tweak available online nothing works
moreover I installed Liberty city rewind (map expansion)
and when i drive on that map it doesn't stutter
IDK what the problem is I play with traffic off
