Yeah, no.
First of all, Online mod menus (and talking about troubles with them) are not allowed here. And it looks like you stumbled onto a nasty one: one that possibly contained a Trojan, or otherwise wreaked havoc on your computer. All the more reason not to use tools like that, I'd say.
So, going to simply close this thread, but leave it visible, so others can see what NOT to do (which includes formatting one's system when your game got corrupted somehow).
