So I have looked around and have tried everything I can think of with adding a livery to this car and nothing seems to work. So I was wondering if someone could help. The car in question is the RS4 by F7YO which comes with a template. So I assumed it would just be a case of editing the sign texture, but that doesn't work. What can I do?

Hello I uploaded a simple of a mod which I believed followed guidelines but clearly hasn't. I changed my url so I got the original file from this site but still got rejected. But after reading the guidelines again I become more confused as other retexture mods do the exact same as me with emergency vehicles US Cayo Perico Islands Police Department and Changfeng leopaard UN Police Paintjob. These 2 mods one of which is a few weeks old follow the same procedure with having to download a mod and then edit the texture file, exactly like my file. So I request that I am given clarification of my rejections. Thanks
