What I suggest is that you edit your post (those three dots, bottom right of your post > Edit) to include a link to the mod you are talking about (type the mod name & then highlight the text then hit the infinity figure of 8 symbol above text box & then paste link).

It will then appear like this

There are many lighting mods out there, so it may be that you require a specific lighting mod installed as well as the vehicle & carcols in the right place to get the lights to work.
Carcols are usually installed in the 'dlc.rpf' that comes with a mod. Internal file location can vary so I'll have a bit more of an idea once you link to the mod in question.

I added the vehicle as a new DLC mod and all is good now!! Lesson learned here as I will do this procedure moving forward to avoid any errors. thanks for reply though

Ok I have a mod installed and working fine but the emergency lights do not work on the vehicle at all in game.

Can someone guide me through the process as the vehicle comes with a carcols.meta file and when I use the file nothing happens in game?

Also any tutorials on how to install carcols.meta correctly would be appreciated, thanks

First of all add on vehicles cause problems and you need this mod, pick and choose what’s best for your specs:

Hi All

I installed Natural Vision Remastered and it is a great mod! However all my traffic and peds have reverted back to very low in game?? In fact the streets and motorways are virtually deserted! I did not have this problem before I installed NVR but when I uninstall all returns back to normal?

I already use a more peds and traffic mod which replaces my settings.xml file which worked perfect before, but that has been made redundant now with NVR installed, Also Density and stuff is all maxed in my settings, its weird and never experienced this before. I am using LSPDFR mod.

Does anyone have any help or tips I can try out please?

EDIT: Ok I made some inroads with adjusting the gameconfig.xml manually and now traffic is appearing...moving onto peds now. You need to remove script hook for now as current version is not available as site is down due to upgrade on server maintenance.

The version you need is 0.62 when it is back online.

Hi All

Can anyone guide me on how to increase the air traffic in skies as it seems since latest patch my skies are now empty!

I have adjusted the vehiclemodelsets.meta file by increasing the probability factor to 100% but this does nothing. I have also set the probability to "100" in Vehicles.meta which seems to do nothing. Also the popgroups.ymt seems to have no relevant entries for aircraft to spawn more either?

just for the records the aircraft I am trying to spawn and increase are the stock Jet, Luxor, Shamal and Vestra aircraft, and not DLC aircraft.

Any help on this would be appreciated as it seems strange that the latest patch would reduced air traffic?
