But how can i activate it to buy (shirts)? i will use it as standart

The Clothes are not in my Trainer, i use the EnhancedNativeTrainer i was looking for all clothing i can change with the Trainer but there was not the modded thinks in.
And Buy in a Shop: i was in every shop and look all Clothings but they also not there.

Ich just need to know how can i wear the Clothes (T-shirt/Shoes and all this Stuff)?`
I read the "readme" i installed it, but i cant find them how to wear In-Game.

Would be nice if someone can help me.
