@InfamousSabre would it be possible to get a copy of the version that was taken down? I'm not worried about the compatability with newer weapons, but just started getting my gamed modded up again and was wondering what happened to your mod. One of my favorites as the game floods you with weapons.

So I've always wanted to try and make a more interesting weapon attachments system but havent ever really dove into it yet. What would have to happen would be able to create an attachment that doesnt actually have a physical model or anything, this way I could create say a heavy barrel attachment and it not alter the weapons model since it's not designed to have those attach points.
Is this possible? Or is this just a pipe dream?

EUP also has an option in the menu to prevent the ped from changing to Michael when dead.

Keep an eye on this mod. Been talking with the author and it looks like we finally found a way around the DLC weapons being blocked by Rockstar and can get them in the store too. Looks like they will be addon weapons, and from the comments the author is ironing it out right now and should be done sometime in the future.

Yeah I'm no longer getting update notifications, only @ comments. Also I notice sometimes files will download at like 30kb/s and if I try again it will go to normal and download at normal rates. Anyone else finding this?

@AuthorSaulAlan this is some excellent info. I'm trying to change Franklin's car (Buffalo2) to a car that replaces the Primo and comes with the Bennys upgrades for it as well. I was wondering how I do this with the Buffalo2 as it has no Bennys upgrade.
That's the car I was hoping to replace with the buffalo2.

You're looking for copcar02. And unfortunately there's no real easy way of editing popcycle that I've found. Always a tedious endeavour. Might be easier to just nab one from another mod that has cop cars in traffic (I believe Fine Tuned Felony and Response has one with cop cars in it and is vanilla and WoV compatible).

Hello everyone, I've been searching and searching but can't find anything that offers what I'm looking for. If someone were to write this script I would gladly donate to them.
Since adding guns to the store seems to be impossible, I was thinking about an arms dealer you called up or used a button to drive to a location, or even just stay at static locations across the map. In his trunk he would have a random assortment of weapons and their attachments and ammo. And be able to sell weapons to these dealers for a percentage of their cost would be cool for the ammunation trucks mod. This would bypass the problem with the dlc weapons not showing up in stores. Also, I really like the body armor storing system in GTA Online, and would like to see body armor added to the arms dealer and be able to store a couple extra like in online using a button to put new body armor on. Having the prices configurable would be preferable as I think 1500 bucks or so for weapons in SP is pretty cheap lol. And to round it all out, be able to store weapons and armor at your characters safe houses and vehicles trunk (could even be any trunk).
Bonus points if you add a little UI that shows your Health, Armor and Special as I prefer to play with the radar off on foot and can't see my vitals. It's not a priority, I'm more worried about the stuff above.
This mod has arms dealing but it has a bunch of extra stuff and it's not updated for the dlc weapons. Maybe it could be used as inspiration.

@NotCrunchyTaco @kinghippo2000 I was actually thinking about something similar. Except including the online feature for buying armor and holding on to some stacks. This mod has something close but lots of fluff and it is old and doesn't include the DLC. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/arms-trading-net Maybe have the prices configurable, and have attachments purchasable as well? If you did this, along with a mod to store your weapons in a trunk and your houses I would gladly pay you for your work.
Nodded weapons and animations
A while ago I went an reskinned most of the weapons but I had an issue where most weapons were reloading weird and sometimes the guns wouldn't be aimed when shot. I know there was some issues with the models and animations a long time ago, and just chalked it up to that. Anyone know if something like Ripplers or RWG was the culprit or was it just an old issue that has been resolved?

I've been looking for a mod like an old one I loved in IV. There was a mod in that game that allowed you to save weapons and ammo in a safe house, and each house had it's own storage. I was wondering if you could write up something to allow storing weapons and ammo in your characters vehicle. Also it wouild be cool to have like a weapons dealer you could call and he'd come by and sell you weapons, ammo and attachments, since adding new weapons from the dlc to ammunation is not very straightforward.

In the Machine Pistols weapons.meta near the bottom will have a bunch of flags. Remove the automatic flag. Only thing, is GTA makes any weapon automatic if it's flagged to be or not, so to make it work correctly (and other weapon too) download Enforcer Zhukovs Selective Fire mod.
The machine pistols meta files will be in both

Looking for two pretty simple scripts
Hello all, I've been trying to find some scripts to enhance my game but I cant seem to find any that do what I'd like (and work).
First one I'd like is to be able to stash weapons and ammo in the trunk of each players vehicle and also at their houses. Doesn't have to be separate storage between the characters house and their car but it would be nice. Also would be cool if it was separated by character as well (Franklin has access to only weapons and ammo he's stored, etc).
Second one is to bypass the Ammunition problem with adding weapons to the shop and to non dlc weapons (vanilla weapons shop meta files are supposedly in ymt files not accessible yet) by having a contact you can call who would drive over to you and sell you weapons and attachments and ammo. I have added a fee attachments to some weapons and would love if it was customizable what was sold and the prices as well.
Also, if someone could make a working drag dead script I think most people in the community would appreciate it a lot other than me.
