Yes but not exactly: You have parachute in weapon inventory, when you select it and press mouse,para will be visable like clothing and ready to use.

I don't think trainer will able to:

automaticly makes armor visable when you wear it

and

allow you to wear parachute like in TBoGT

but it's very weak mod, no animations just you can press space again in air, and it looks like you repelled from the air

We need mod which let you toggle on/off armor like in GTA Online
Or automaticly makes armor visable when you wear it

Or mod which allow you to wear parachute like in TBoGT

There is no script which give animation of arson
let you set arson jerrycan stain without shooting.
Like in GTAIV jerrycan script. Like in movies when someone just throw zippo lighter into stain and all burn.

In GTA5 You can not light up without noise because you must shoot in order to arson
