I got ahold of the developer of my MC Biker Bar MLO and it was something on their end that they had to fix of course it worked out! Hope people can gain something from this thread. read directions and ask the devs of your favorite mods for help!

What "version" launcher are you playing GTA from? I'm on the Epic Games Launcher. I've read comments where some people are claiming some add-ons wont work unless its via the rockstar launcher but you cant play gta on any launcher without the RSGL.
But as same as OP, I've had vehicle add-ons in the past and present simply not load when installed where others have an sometimes the latter is operator error.
its melting my brain why this isn't working but after installing several other MLO's to test my game has an issue launching and I've got to now verify my files.

@JohnFromGWN i was informed that a mod with bad LOD's or bad textures can create texture loss. it has nothing to do with this mod after I took everything out and placed some dlc packs back in. even then this still wont load in.
The folks that have downloaded this I believe have installed it for FiveM.

@JohnFromGWN yes, it is very odd! I notice your texture arent suffering as bad as mine. for some reason im getting extremely low quality textures and missing props. not sure what it is but I've contacted them modder. thanks for your insight!

@JohnFromGWN lmao is that what I did? Well i thought I'd elaborate and share because I too have the same issue. Would it make more sense to just make another thread with the same exact issue?

I've spent all morning into this afternoon trying to get some MLO's to work.
I'm installing this one. Its pretty simple install yet I'm not getting any results when installed properly.
MLO Lost MC Bar The version of this mod I am trying to install is the SP version.) files to work and recently none of them are since updating scripthook/gta v.
My dlclist is edited properly, and the dlc folder is in the dlcpacks folder as are all SP addons yet none of my MLO mods are showing up ingame.
I'm running FY70's latest gameconfig.

I'm glad I am not the only one. I've spent a few hours trying to figure this out myself.
I have tried installing a few MLO's, edited the dlclist.xml file and placed the dlc folder into the dlcpacks folder. Yet lately they dont work.
I've used the Foodshops mod and it works no problem.
I think it might have something to do with the most recent update possibly? Im not sure.

I'm running on a legit copy of gta 5 via the epic games store.

Use a mod like "Vlads Export Garage" and you will start to see them populate the world.
It requires a new game config and some other mods. I HIGHYLY recommend you download "Add-on Vehicle Spawner" as this mod will eliminate cars disappearing. But also consider that the new ScriptHookV is not released yet so you probably wont see those cars in SP mode until a new patched SHV is released.

well actually, I might have replaced the file properly after all. I decided to install using Addon Peds and it still loads in the peds incomplete, even the default peds that come with Addon Peds. My models keep coming out like such in this link: https://ibb.co/2qbH1Wf
